It is widely known that young hero Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has kick-started the shooting for his Bollywood debut film earlier this year. Being directed by VV Vinayak, the film is an official remake of Rajamouli’s 2005 film, Chatrapathi. After wrapping up almost forty percent, this as-yet-untitled film’s shoot was stalled due to the Covid outbreak.
After Chatrapathi’s remake, Bellamkonda will be working on the Telugu remake of Tamil hit, Karnan. An official announcement regarding the same came out a couple of weeks back. Meanwhile, the latest news is that Bellamkonda Sai’s father Bellamkonda Suresh is keen on watching other South language films and planning to buy the remake rights if he likes the content. If the news turns into reality, it is evident that Bellamkonda Sai will be seen in more remakes in the coming years.
It is well-known that Sai tasted his first success with the 2019 film, Rakshasudu which is a remake of Tamil hit, Ratsasan.
