Recently, social media has been flooded with fake quotes that are wrongly linked to popular film stars. Many such false statements go viral very quickly and some media outlets also share them without proper verification.
One such viral claim involved senior actress Tabu. Social media posts and a few reports said that Tabu had commented that she does not need a man in her life except in bed.
This statement created a lot of discussion. While some people called it bold others felt it was inappropriate and harmful to her image.
Putting an end to the rumors Tabu’s team strongly denied the claim and clarified that she never made any such statement. They confirmed it was completely fake. Tabu who is 54 and unmarried, continues to work actively in Telugu and Hindi films, with Bollywood being her main focus now.
On the work front, she will next be seen in Puri Jagannadh’s Slumdog, alongside Vijay Sethupathi.
