Taapsee Pannu has opened up about being replaced in films and the reasons given to her. In a recent interview the actress revealed that she was once removed from a movie at the hero’s request.
She said she kept wondering why the actor did not want her in the film and imagined several possible reasons.
Taapsee also recalled another incident where she was told that the hero’s wife did not like her which she called the “worst reason” she had ever heard.
She did not reveal the names of anyone involved. Taapsee also said she has rejected some films to avoid being typecast.
Her last release was Gandhari, which is streaming on Netflix.
