Taapsee: I Tortured Myself For A Flat Belly

Taapsee Pannu recently shared an honest post about her past obsession with achieving a perfectly flat stomach.

She revealed that she used to put much immense pressure on herself because she believed a flat belly was the ideal beauty standard.

Taapsee admitted that she “tortured” herself in an effort to achieve that look and often ignored what was healthy for her body.

With amazing time and experience she realized that having a little lower belly fat is completely very much natural and nothing to be ashamed of it. She now embraces her body as it is and no longer chases unrealistic beauty standards for sure.

Her message has resonated with many women who struggle with body image issues. Currently Taapsee divides her time between Mumbai and Denmark where she lives with her husband.
