Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, featuring Megastar Chiranjeevi as the first freedom fighter from Telugu land, Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy, started shooting today at Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad. The movie had an extensive pre-production work done over the past one year with Surrender Reddy monitoring the progress as the director. Paruchuri brothers wrote the script and Ratnavelu is the DOP of the film.
Ram Charan is producing the film and this is his second one on Konidela Productions. The movie is said to be planned at a high budget of 150 crores and it is second highest budget film after Baahubali series from Telugu Industry. The movie first schedule will have Chiranjeevi doing some action scenes in full getup and Lee Whitaker will be overseeing the action part as the action choreographer. The second schedule is planned in Jaipur but the team is thinking to wait till the cold wave in North India subside. The first schedule will continue till 22nd of December.
Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Nayantara and Keecha Sudeepa are playing the important chargers in the movie. Along with them, Ravi Kishan and Pragya Jaiswal are also playing the crucial roles. The movie is not scheduled for a release date yet but the speculations are that the movie could come out next Sankranthi.
