Sye Raa shoot stalled by Muslim youth

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy shoot in Bidar, Karnataka has been stalled by local Muslim youth. Police had to intervene and control the matter.

The details are that the team is shooting at Bahmani Palace in Bidar with Sudeepa and Chiranjeevi. They constructed a set with Hindu idols where Muslims worship normally, it seems.

Hence, saying that the sanctity of their religious place is being tarnished, muslim youth stalled the shoot. Chiranjeevi and Sudeepa are immediately sent to their hotel rooms by police and they also removed the Hindu idols.

Sye Raa team has all the permissions from Archeological Department, hence , they will tweak the set there and continue the shoot. Will change the set to original, in the post production, it seems.
