Normally, stars in Telugu cinema have actively supported the ruling BRS party, consistently praising leaders like KCR and KTR.
Their support for BRS initiatives was evident, often seen in their public appearances and tweets. However, the lack of similar enthusiasm from the film industry following the Congress party’s win has caught attention. Apart from producer Bandla Ganesh, few celebrities openly appreciated Revanth Reddy or the Congress party.
While many celebrities claim to avoid direct involvement in politics, some expected at least a gesture of acknowledgment. In the past, if BRS had secured a third term, social media would have been filled with congratulatory messages from top stars.
