Suriya’s Kanguva Digital Rights Sold for a Bomb

Tamil star Suriya’s Kanguva is easily one of the most exciting films in Kollywood’s lineup, as it is packed with so many exciting tidbits. Even though the team has completed only close to 50% of the shoot.

And now, Studio Green has made a major noise by selling the south digital rights of the film entirely to Amazon Prime for a huge price of 80 crores. This is one of the biggest deals ever to be locked in Tamil cinema and is a huge boost to the team in terms of pre-business.

The current schedule of Kanguva is taking place in Kodaikanal, and there will be portions of the film shot across Kerala too. Being directed by Shiva, the film has Bollywood glamorous beauty Disha Patani as the female lead in the movie.

The makers are planning to bring the film to the screens in early 2024. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer for this prestigious project.
