While many Tamil actors have their films released in Telugu, very few actors have a really good market in the Telugu states. Suriya is one of those few actors who enjoys a good fan base in the Telugu states, and where audiences are interested in watching his films all the time.
For a long time now, Suriya planned to make a direct Telugu film, but it never worked out for the actor. At last, it was said that he is all set to team up with director Boyapati Srinu for his first-ever Telugu film. It is now being said that Suriya is all set to work with director Trivikram Srinivas as well, in yet another direct Telugu film.
There’s no clarity over which project Suriya will start first. Given that Boyapati would first be free, as Boyapati’s Akhanda, with Balakrishna, is almost about to wrap up, it is being said that Boyapati’s film with Suriya will be first. However, some are even saying that Suriya will first collaborate with Trivikram after Trivikram wraps up his film with Mahesh Babu. Suriya is expected to concentrate on these films once he is done with shooting for his current commitments. No matter which film starts off first, it will be more than interesting to watch Suriya in a direct Telugu film.
