Suriya is busy with multiple projects, and an interesting update has emerged about his 49th film. Mandaadi director Mathimaran is expected to direct the prestigious project.
Impressed by Mandaadi’s success, Suriya reportedly liked the coastal action drama narrated by the director.
Top producer Kalaipuli S. Thanu will bankroll the film, and an official announcement is expected soon. Suriya had two releases, Karuppu and Vishwanath and Sons, this year, and both emerged as blockbusters.
He has also completed shooting for Scene, which is gearing up for a November 6th release.
Aavesham fame Jithu Madhavan directs the film, featuring Nazriya Nazim and Naslen in key roles.
