Tamil actor Suriya is a very popular actor in the South, with a good following in Tamil Nadu, and in both the Telugu states as well. On the occasion of his birthday today, the makers of his upcoming film have released a small teaser of the film yesterday. Etharkum Thuninthavan is Suriya’s upcoming film, which is being directed by Pandiraj while the film is being produced under the Sun Pictures banner.
Suriya was last seen in Aakasam Nee Haddu Ra (Soorarai Pottru), directed by Sudha Kongara, which was directly released on OTT. The film went on to become a massive success, with Suriya receiving accolades for his performance. The film is now being remade in Hindi. On the other hand, in the teaser of Etharkum Thuninthavan, Suriya looks intense, and in a completely massy avatar.
Complete with wearing a lungi and holding a sword, Suirya looks every bit intense and aggressive in the teaser. Priyanka Arul Mohan plays the female lead in the film while Satyaraj plays a crucial role. The shooting of the film was put on hold due to the second wave of coronavirus and is being said that the makers are planning to resume the shoot in Chennai very soon. On the whole, though, Etharkum Thuninthavan looks interesting, and here’s wishing all the success to Suriya on his birthday.
