Suriya’s upcoming projects have sparked fresh interest with reports of a possible reunion with filmmaker Mani Ratnam. The actor is currently preparing for Scene, directed by Jithu Madhavan.
According to few reports, Suriya is reportedly in talks to work with Mani Ratnam on his next project after Inji Vellam.
The director is said to be reworking a script he had earlier narrated to Suriya. However the project is still in the discussion stage and there is no official confirmation yet.
Suriya and Mani Ratnam they both previously worked together on Aayutha Ezhuthu in 2004.
If the new project materialises, it will mark their reunion after more than two decades for sure.
