Actress Surbhi made a name for herself as an actress with the prettiest face in the South Cinema Industry. She debuted in Tamil movies and slowly, got into Telugu movies. She got a success with Gentleman and lastly, appeared in Okka Kshanam. She has been waiting for some more good opportunities to prove herself as an actress.
She said, “I am thankful for all the opportunities that I received till date. They helped me learn more about acting and how to perform in different roles. I don’t want to just be a pretty face and commercial cinema has given me enough number of opportunities to experiment with my looks and also, characters. I never want to repeat myself and the characters, I am playing also, never let me do the same.”
She continued, “I have learned that acting is more emotional process than just being pretty in front of camera. I did sink my teeth in different roles and commercial cinema is a way to go forward for me. I have done many bubbly girl roles but I did get different roles in recent films. As the reach is more in commercial cinema, I am more inclined to do those films. I have no problems with the glamour heavy roles until they don’t just end being a skin show.” The actress still hasn’t signed any film after Okka Kshanam in Telugu.
