Supreme Court Grants Anticipatory Bail To Mohan Babu

Mohan Babu faced legal trouble after attacking a TV journalist. The issue became serious, and he was charged under multiple legal sections.

After the High Court rejected his bail request, he approached the Supreme Court for anticipatory bail. There were many rumors that he was hiding, so he frequently issued statements about his whereabouts.

Today, the Supreme Court granted him anticipatory bail, bringing relief to the actor. The Telangana High Court had earlier rejected his bail plea on December 23rd last year.

The incident happened on December 10th at Mohan Babu’s Jalpally residence, where he attacked the journalist. Later, he visited the injured journalist in the hospital and publicly apologized.

His lawyer also informed the court that Mohan Babu was willing to provide financial support to the journalist. After reviewing the case, the Supreme Court granted him bail.

The issue began when Manchu Manoj tried to enter Mohan Babu’s residence. A series of incidents followed, attracting a large media presence. Both sides have filed cases, and the investigation is still ongoing.
