Property:All That piece and parcel of land bearing Survey No. 41 Hissa No 5 (Pt) CTS No. 173 of Village Juhu Taluka Andheri Mumbai Suburban Dist, Admeasuring 599.44 Sq Mtrs underneath a structure known as Sunny Villa situated at Gandhigram Road Juhu Mumbai 400049. Bearing New Municipal assessment No. 00121047 situated in registration District and Sub-district of Mumbai Suburban.”
Earlier, the Times of India stated that Sunny’s home, Sunny Villa, in Mumbai’s affluent Juhu neighbourhood, was being put up for auction because of outstanding bills. The Deol family’s office and Sunny Super Sound, a post-production facility, are located on the property. The actor had received notification from the Bank of Baroda that his property would be essentially auctioned off on September 25, 2023, if the unpaid balance of Rs 55,99 crore was not paid. Sunny took out a loan for 55,99,80,766.33 with his father Dharmendra serving as the guarantee. Sunny has not yet responded to this situation in any way.
