Sunny Deol will begin shooting for his next big-budget action thriller in the first week of February 2026. The film directed by Balaji was delayed by two months as Sunny was busy with the promotions of his current release that is Border 2.
The project, which marks his first collaboration with Excel Entertainment was earlier planned to start in December 2025 but was postponed by mutual decision.
Reports say Sunny Deol will join the sets from February 10th. Preparations are already in progress and Balaji has planned a detailed shooting schedule.
The first phase of shooting will take place in Andheri and the film is expected to wrap up by summer 2026 without fail.
Though the story and cast details are yet to be revealed and the film is expected to feature high action sequences. Sunny Deol’s 2026 line-up also includes Border 2, Lahore 1947 and Ramayana: Part 1.
