Sundarakanda Opening Day Collections

After a 5-year break, Nara Rohith is making a comeback in films. Though his market has slowed down, he impressed audiences with roles in Prathinidhi 2 and Bhairavam. On August 27th, during Vinayaka Chavithi, he released his new family entertainer Sundarakanda.

The teaser and trailer caught attention, creating some buzz before release. The film opened to a decent response on day one, and with the festival holiday advantage, the openings were quite satisfactory.

Sundarakanda did Rs. 3.2 Cr worldwide business and needs Rs. 3.5 Cr to break even. On day one, it collected Rs. 0.74 Cr share and Rs. 1.35 Cr gross, marking a decent start.
