Sumukhi Suresh On Self-Love: Stop Worrying About Your Flaws

Sumukhi Suresh has opened up about body-shaming, online trolling and the importance of self-love. In a recent interview she shared how her attitude towards negative comments has changed over time.

Sumukhi said she now sees hate comments as a sign that her videos are reaching a wider audience.

She believes such comments reflect more about the people posting them than those being targeted. She also pointed out that life is too short for sure to spend years worrying about physical appearance.

The comedian encouraged women to enjoy fashion, makeup and self-care without feeling guilty. She highlighted society’s double standards, noting that men’s flaws are often accepted while women face greater criticism.

Sumukhi added that building confidence takes time, and women should never feel pressured to achieve it by a certain age.
