These days the actors are not trying to do 4 to 5 films an year, which was a case till mid-90’s. Today’s senior star heroes decided that they should do 3 films per year to save themselves from being over exposed and also see that not all important dates are hogged by the big films. They made it a trend that big films release over holiday period and others can release at anytime. Later, in 2000’s today’s stars decided to concentrate on improving the market and quality with big risks.
So, the movie making with stars has become expensive and time talking process. Each star and even upcoming actors do at maximum two films per year and big stars have made it one per year. Hence, if a known hero or star gets close to 25th film, then it is celebrated as a landmark by his fans and even the actor as well. Pawan Kalyan recently released his 25th and started concentrating on politics more. Mahesh’s 25th is under production. Gopichand is releasing his 25th and Sumanth’s 25th is also under production.
The movie, Sumanth25’s first look and title have been unveiled today on social media. The movie is titled, Subramanyapuram and Sumanth is seen looking at a huge Subramanya swami’s statue. Santhossh Jagarlapudi is directing the film and Taurus Cinecorp is producing the movie with Sudhakar Impex IPL. With a backdrop of an old Indian Telugu map, the movie seems to be an interesting fiction written by connecting a popular myth to it. Let’s wait and see, if this movie will be as impressive as Karthikeya.
