Sudheer Anand’s next film titled Hai Lesso and unveiled by hero Nikhil, is a gripping rural drama full of folklore and divine intensity.
Actor Sivaji, known for his performance in Court, plays a strong role, while Natasha Singh and Naksha Saran bring emotional depth. Akshara Gowda also plays an important character.
The title Hai Lesso comes from rural dialects and reflects local traditions. The film’s launch is a milestone, especially for debut director Prasanna Kumar Kota and the new banner Vajra Varahi Cinemas, produced by Siva Cherry and Ravikiran.
The symbolic title poster shows a foot on a green leaf above traditional offerings like rice, hen and goat heads, and sindoor.
The launch event was star-studded, with Bunny Vasu handing over the script, directors Vassishta, Chandoo Mondeti, and Meher Ramesh starting the camera, and VV Vinayak giving the first clap.
Music is by Anudeep Dev, cinematography by Sujatha Siddarth, and editing by Chota K Prasad. The film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
