Sudha Kongara Seeks Legal Help To Recover Pending Payment

Director Sudha Kongara has moved the Madras High Court claiming that she is yet to receive Rs. 8.39 crore from the producers of Parasakthi.

She has asked the court to help recover the pending payment. During the initial hearing, the court reportedly observed that the film’s satellite rights should not be processed until the next hearing on July 8th.

Sudha has also requested the court to stop the release of Idhayam Murali, another film produced by the same banner and scheduled to release on July 10th, until the payment issue is resolved.

This is not the first controversy surrounding Parasakthi, as it had earlier faced a copyright case and certification delays before release.

The court’s decision on July 8th could affect both the payment dispute and the producer’s future projects.
