Star hero Allu Arjun and director Sukumar’s upcoming rustic drama, Pushpa is one of the most awaited pan-Indian projects which was supposed to hit the screens in August. But is likely to skip the announced date due to the ongoing Corona crisis.
Recently, news came out that during the Corona break, director Sukumar planned to make the film in two parts. Reportedly, convinced with Sukumar’s proposal, the makers have decided to allocate more budget for the movie.
Now, the latest news is that as a part of inserting more commercial elements, the team is planning to make a special item song for the film. News is also that Bollywood star heroine Disha Patani is in talks for the special number.
As per the initial reports, the makers are planning to release the first part of Pushpa later this year and the latter one sometime in 2022.
Being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Malayalam actor Fahad Faisal will be seen as the antagonist in this red scandal mafia movie. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer.
