A couple of years back, director Puri Jagannadh announced that he is gearing up to make a project titled, Jana Gana Mana with Superstar Mahesh Babu. But sadly, Puri’s dream project never materialized due to reasons better known to the actor-director duo.
After the blockbuster success of Puri Jagan’s 2019 film, iSmart Shankar, the news went viral that Puri is going to revive Jana Gana Mana with Kannada star Yash of KGF fame but there is no update on it later.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear from our sources is that Puri Jagannadh is all set to make a film with Yash soon. Reportedly, after wrapping up his ongoing pan-Indian project, Liger with Vijay Deverakonda after the Covid situation returns to normalcy, Puri is planning to make an official announcement regarding the project. If the news turns into reality eventually, it needs to be seen if Puri will make Jana Gana Mana or else a new project with Yash.
