Two weeks back Superstar Mahesh and director Trivikram’s highly-anticipated film went on the floors. Reportedly, a heavy-duty action block is being canned currently at Sarathi Studios under the supervision of fight master duo Ram-Laxman.
We had already reported that even before the film wrapped up its first schedule, it has been getting fancy offers. Sources confirm that the film’s Nizam distribution rights are snapped by Asian Sunil Narang for a whopping Rs 50 crore. Reportedly, Dil Raju and Sunil Narang are in the race to acquire the rights but finally, Sunil locked the deal by offering an outright amount, say reports.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that digital giant Netflix has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film by offering a whopping Rs 80 crore. Tentatively titled SSMB28, the exact release date of SSMB28 will be known as the shoot proceeds.
On the other hand, the buzz is circulating that the film is going to have Palnadu backdrop. Pooja Hedge and Dhamaka fame Sree Leela are locked as the lead ladies. Being bankrolled by the Haarika&Haasini Creations banner, SSMB28 has its music composed by Thaman.
