Srinivasa Mangapuram marks the debut of Jayakrishna Ghattamaneni. Directed by Ajay Bhupathi and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the film created good pre-release buzz.
However the film opened to mixed reviews, and heavy rains affected its box office performance. The film recorded average collections over its first three days.
