Sridevi saw Jhanvi’s film before death!

Sridevi is an all-time Superstar in Indian divas and she performed so great that wherever she got an opportunity, be it Telugu, Tamil or Hindi, she made a lasting impression, that ended up being a memory to many. Her untimely demise made entire country numb and many appreciated her genius even profoundly post her death.

Many felt bad that like Nargis Dutt, who dreamt about watching her son, Sanjay Dutt’s first film, Rocky, directed by her husband, Sunil Dutt, died without fulfilling her last wish, even Sridevi died months before her daughter, Jhanvi Kapo or’s first film, Dhadak release. A media person asked the same question to Boney Kapoor at an event and he answered it later.

He said, “Sridevi, did not see the finished film, but she saw rushes and a rough cut of the film. She felt happy that Jhanvi did not try to copy her and gave her advice on few things that she noticed. She expressed get relief after watching Jhanvi’s performance and wished to watch the film. All this happened before we went to Dubai. Sridevi did watch her daughter act and she did appreciate the efforts, Jhanvi has put in.” The movie, Dhadak is releasing on 20th July.
