Sridevi Movies, known for its quality productions, has almost readied its latest venture, ‘Sarangapani Jathakam’. The film, a collaboration between the production house and acclaimed director Mohanakrishna Indraganti for the third time, stars the versatile actor Priyadarshi in the lead role. They have previously done ‘Gentleman’ and ‘Sammohanam’.
The title and first look poster of ‘Sarangapani Jathakam’ is out. Producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad revealed that the film is a light-hearted comedy that explores the question of whether our future is predetermined or if we can shape it ourselves. He praised the film’s script and the talented cast, which includes female lead Roopa Koduvayur Vennela Kishore, Viva Harsha, Naresh VK, Tanikella Bharani, and Srinivas Avasarala.
Director Mohanakrishna Indraganti described the film as a hilarious tale of an ordinary man caught between his irrational beliefs and his love life. The family-friendly appeal of the rollercoaster entertainer comes from its Jandhyala-type sensibilities, the storyline, and Indraganti’s healthy writing.
‘Sarangapani Jathakam’ is set to be a visually impressive film, with excellent cinematography by PG Vinda, music by Vivek Sagar, and editing by Marthand K Venkatesh. The film will wrap up its shoot in the first week of September.
