Natural Star Nani’s landmark 25th film V is facing release troubles. The film which has gained immense buzz scheduled its release on March 25th. However, due to the pandemic, the release has been postponed. With the daily spike in cases, the situation has worsened. Telangana government is contemplating to reimpose lockdown from July 1st.
With the current situation, it is of sure that theaters will remain shut until at least by September. Filmmakers who have been stubborn to have theatrical release are now understanding the reality and are releasing their movies through OTT platforms. 7 Bollywood films are going to have digital releases. Vishal’s Chakra will be released soon through digital media.
So what are Dil Raju and Nani are thinking? Are they still adamant to have a theatrical release? A few weeks back V team has revealed that V is an experience one should undergo in theaters. So at this moment, they are not thinking to go for digital release. Will they wait for another 5-6 months is to be seen.
