Sonam Kapoor described the birth of her son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja as the most amazing event of her life.
Actress Sonam Kapoor said about holding her newborn son in her arms after giving birth as being the most amazing moment of her life.
At a gathering in Mumbai on Monday, the actress spoke candidly about her pregnancy and giving birth to her son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja.
Talking about the most beautiful moment of her life, Sonam said: “When I delivered my baby and he was in my arms, it was one of the best things I felt. There is a feeling of euphoria. I had a natural birth and it was the most amazing moment. My husband was next to me and the doctor who helped me deliver the baby was my mother’s close friend. I had the people who love me around me — my parents, my sister, my in-laws. It was just the best moment of my life. It is really life changing when you give birth to a child.”
The Prem Ratan Dhan Payo actress discussed her nutrition throughout her pregnancy and stated, “My doctor in London instructed me to consume a balanced inflammatory diet, which includes primarily Indian Khana. I therefore ate dal, roti, and bhaji. You can eat chicken, salmon, and dahi if you’re not a vegetarian. I therefore ate a healthy diet and got some exercise by walking. It was a big assistance to me. I kept my pregnancy light and straightforward, and it went beautifully.
Sonam’s most recent acting appearance was in the Shome Makhija-directed crime thriller “Blind.”
She played the lead in the movie, with supporting roles going to Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lilette Dubey.
