Sonali Kulkarni recently revealed that before becoming an actress, she worked as a dance teacher at a school called Bal Kalyan in Pune.
Coming from a modest family she took up the job to earn pocket money. At the school she taught dance to specially abled children and an experience that left a lasting impact on her.
Sonali said the children inspired her with their very much positive attitude and ability to stay happy despite facing many challenges.
She also shared that working with child actors and later becoming a mother gave her a very deeper understanding of children issues and the concerns of parents.
These experiences motivated her to launch her podcast, Half Ticket Full Nagrik, which focuses on children and their voices. Sonali will next be seen in The Paradise and The Wives.
