Many reports claimed that her condition is critical and her family, is trying hard to find a suitable treatment to cure her as soon as they can. The reports started pouring in from different sections of media and many were wondering if this is true or some fake gossip that a tabloid created to sell some copies.
The actress herself confirmed the news on her social media networking handle on Twitter to her fans and thereby entire world, that she is indeed suffering with cancer and is trying to fight the disease with the support of her family in USA. She described that a niggling pain made her to undergo different tests and that revealed to her and family that she is indeed suffering from cancer. She asked all her supporters to pray and give her and family, strength to fight in this battle.
As Telugu movie lovers, we cannot undermine her contribution in films like Murari and Manmadhudu, where she looked 100% like her part and even demonstrated her acting abilities to play a teenage girl in Murari and a matured office going woman in Manmadhudu. Also, she acted in Khadgam, Indra and Shankar Dada MBBS, that became huge box office hits. Her last Telugu film is Palnati Brahmanaidu. She married producer Goldie Behl and decided to concentrate on alternative career opportunities in Hindi Industry than doing regional films. We wish her a speedy recovery.
