Sonal Chauhan is all set to join the cast of the film adaptation of the popular series Mirzapur. Sources reveal that her addition brings fresh energy and an twist to the movie storyline.
Her casting created excitement after she was spotted at the film mahurat in August. The makers did not reveal her character but it is expected to add depth and excitement to the plot.
The film will see the return of fan favorites characters. Abhishek Banerjee and Jitendra Kumar will also be part of the movie.
Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and directed by Gurmmeet Singh and the crime thriller is highly anticipated and expected to release soon.
Meanwhile Sonal Chauhan will make her Punjabi film debut with Shera co-starring Parmish Verma, releasing on May 15, 2026.
