A day before the release of Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur’s period love drama, Sita Ramam news came out that the film is banned in UAE and GCC countries. Reportedly, the respective governments felt that the title leads to religious sensitivity issues and it’s the main reason behind the ban.
Now, the latest news is that Sita Ramam got censored in UAE and is all set for a grand release across UAE and GCC countries on August 11th. As Dulquer Salmaan enjoys a good craze in the middle-east countries, Sita Ramam is expected to have a flying start at the box office.
In Indian domestic markets and in the USA, Sita Ramam is collecting tremendous revenues and growing stronger with each passing day. Hanu Raghavapudi is the director of this poetic love drama.
