Kollywood star Dhanush’s Tamil-Telugu bilingual project, Sir/Vaathi under the direction of Tollywood director Venky Atluri had a theatrical release on February 17th. Opened to decent reports, the film is performing well at the box office. As per the trade reports, Sir/Vaathi is having a decent run on weekdays. For the five days, Sir/ Vaathi collected a worldwide share of Rs 32.23 crore. Below is area-wise break-up data.

As per the trade reports, the pre-release business for Sir/Vaathi is done for Rs 33.58 crore. To achive break-even status, Sir/ Vaathi should collect Rs 34 crore aharw. As the film collected Rs 32.23 crore share in five days, it should collect less than Rs 2 crore share more to emerge as a clean hit.
