Kollywood actor-director duo Simbu and Gautham Menon’s long delayed gangster drama, Vendu Thanindhatu Kaadu is slated to hit the screens on September 15th. The makers even planned for a simultaneous release of the film in Telugu on the same with the title, Life of Muthu.
Noted production house Sravanthi Movies acquired the Telugu dubbing rights of the film and even promoting the film on a decent note. Meanwhile, this evening an official announcement came out that the release of ‘Life of Muthu’ is postponed from September 15th to September 17th due to last minute technical issues.
Reportedly, the Tamil version will have a smooth release on September 15th without any further delay. Co-starring Meera Chopra as the female lead, AR Rahman composed soundtracks for the film. Vels Film International banner bankrolled the film originally.
