Akshay Kumar’s niece Simar Bhatia has signed her second Bollywood film after making her debut with Sriram Raghavan’s Ikkis.
According to few reports she will star opposite Malayalam actor Roshan Mathew in an upcoming romantic comedy. The film is expected to be a fun and emotional love story with quirky and humorous moments.
Adhiraj Bose will direct the project marking his feature directorial debut. Aayush Maheshwari will produce it under BLM Pictures.
The shoot is scheduled to begin in November with a theatrical release planned for mid 2027 for sure. Simar made her debut opposite Agastya Nanda in Ikkis and received praise for her performance.
Roshan Mathew is known for films like C U Soon, Darlings and Ulajh.
