The pair met while filming Shershaah, and they reportedly “made the permanent booking” by getting married. But did you know that during the bidaai ceremony, our Punjabi munda won the hearts of the bride and her family, who allegedly were unable to control their tears?
Most people are aware of Kiara’s strong family values and her close relationship with her brother Mishaal. Additionally, there were rumours that he will perform an unique song at her sangeet ceremony. While all of that is still a secret, information on the bidaai ritual has come to light and has left us in tears.
According to a Bollywood Life story, the family members became very emotional when they were preparing for bidaai rasam after the pheras. Mishaal Advani, her brother, and her mother Genevieve Advani started sobbing hysterically. Kiara Advani struggled for a long time to contain her tears, but in the end, she broke down in front of her loved ones. This changed the atmosphere to one that was very emotional, and Sidharth Malhotra joined in and won people around.
According to a source familiar with the situation, Sidharth Malhotra was assuring them in a manner more akin to a ghar ka bada beta than a damaad.
