After Pratibha Ranta, Siddhant Chaturvedi has finally addressed rumours about his casting in the Hindi remake of the Telugu hit Dear Comrade. He took to Instagram to clarify that the news was false.
Siddhant wrote “Just to clarify guys, this isn’t true. No remakes for me anymore, even though I’m a fan of the original film and actors. Much love and respect”.
The rumours had suggested Siddhant fresh from Dhadak 2 and Pratibha Ranta might be paired for the remake of the 2019 romantic action drama starring Vijay and Rashmika.
While Siddhant denied involvement he expressed interest in working with Pratibha on an original project in the future.
Earlier Pratibha Ranta had asked fans and media to stop speculation until an official announcement. Meanwhile Siddhant is preparing for his next film Do Deewane Seher Mein with Mrunal Thakur, scheduled for release around Valentine’s week 2026.
