Shruti Haasan is aiming for a comeback in Telugu cinema. She was last seen in Salaar alongside Prabhas and is currently busy with Tamil projects.
According to reports, she is in talks for a special song in NTR’s upcoming film directed by Prashanth Neel. The movie features an energetic item number, and the makers are considering Shruti for it. Discussions are still ongoing, and nothing has been finalized yet.
The film’s latest shooting schedule started recently in Karnataka and will continue till mid-May. Rukmini Vasanth plays the main female lead, and Dragon is the title being considered for this high-octane action drama.
Unlike Prashanth Neel’s previous films, this one will have multiple songs, adding a musical touch to the action-packed story.
The makers specifically wanted a special number, and Shruti Haasan is one of the top choices. The film is being jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts and is set to release next year.
