Both Kamal and Shruti waited for long time to act together. Shruti was supposed to work in her dad’s previous film Uthama Villain. However, the actress walked out of the project owing to lack of dates. Finally, the two are working together for Sabhash Naidu which is being directed by Kamal himself.
