Shriya isn’t roped in for Baahubali

For a while now, rumours that Shriya Saran has joined the sets of director ace Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali – The Conclusion as Rana Daggubati’s wife but we have learnt that there’s no truth to it. We contacted Shobu Yarlagadda, the producer of the film himself to verify the news and he replied, “Not true.”

The rumour must have fueled after the talks of the alleged linkup between Shriya and Rana started doing the rounds. Well, sadly peeps it’s not true at all though the pair might seem extremely perfect.

Interestingly, Lavanya Tripathi’s name was brought in the discussion for the same role but the actress herself rubbished it as a rumour later on.
