Shouldn’t have married at a young age – Amala Paul

In Film Industry, there is an unwritten rule for actresses in particular, that they should try to have a career only and only when they are not married and if they are looking to continue after marriage, they are frowned upon. With this kind of action, producers and even audience end a blossoming career of an actress just because they are married. This puts actresses on defence all the time to discuss their personal lives in public and they feel they are being judged for each and every action of theirs. At times, even common people who are not celebrities or filthy rich also go through a divorce or love a person for some time and then fall apart.

But anything happening in the life of celebrities, especially people belonging to film world, is seen with a keen eagle eye and they have to always scout away from the stutters to keep themselves in the good books. As a life choice of theirs, a simple wrong step or even a small statement can make them or break them. Recently, Amala Paul got married to A.L Vijay and within two to three years, the couple are divorced and both of them kept their personal life to themselves. But before the divorce was finalised, both the sides had few allegations on each other about the character of others.

While the people involved were silently suffering, people around them were spreading their own agendas. The issue came out in open after Amala started a signing spree and started accepting more movies than she did after getting married.A.L. Vijay during his movie Devi release, made it clear that it is not the problem of trust or character but two people can grow apart in a relationship. He also suggested that few reasons he had should not come out in public and he respects the privacy and integrity of Amala. Amala never spoke about the matter and she choose to keep her silence on the issue until recently.

Amala talking to media about her divorce, said that she thought all happened too quickly and even though she still loves Vijay, their relationship couldn’t survive the crack. She further stated that getting married at a younger age was her mistake and she should have waited till some maturity came into their psyches and that would have helped them. She suggested that she should not be probed much into the matter further and she is happy with where she is. Amala right now is busy with her movies in Tamil and Malayalam.
