Shiva Rajkumar became emotional while speaking to the media before leaving for his surgery in the USA on Thursday evening.
He thanked his fans, family, and friends for their immense love and support. Reports reveal that Shiva Rajkumar is dealing with a serious health condition, and his surgery is scheduled for December 24 at the Miami Cancer Institute.
Talking about his treatment, Shiva Rajkumar mentioned that his doctor, Murugesh N Manohar, is a renowned oncologist with a “lucky hand”. The doctor assured him that the procedure would go smoothly, easing some of his worries.
Although nervous about being away from his family and fans for a long time, Shiva Rajkumar reassured everyone that everything is under control.
He shared that he would return to Bengaluru on January 26, accompanied by his wife Geetha and daughter Niveditha during his treatment.
