Shekhar Kammula-Dhanush Project, Here’s What’s New!

A few months ago, an exciting multi-starrer project featuring Dhanush and Nagarjuna was unveiled, bringing immense joy to fans of both Tollywood and Kollywood. The renowned director Shekhar Kammula has been entrusted with helming this film, marking Dhanush’s second collaboration with a Telugu director since “Vaathi/Sir,” directed by Venky Atluri.

Initially, the film was announced with Dhanush in the lead, but the makers later decided to bring another superstar on board to play a pivotal role. And what better choice than the beloved ‘King’ Nagarjuna to grace the screen with his charisma? This momentous announcement coincided with Nagarjuna’s birthday, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.

Rashmika Mandanna is set to play the lead role in this highly-anticipated project, which is touted as a political entertainer. Currently, the production team is immersed in pre-production preparations, including the construction of a special set in Hyderabad. Subsequently, they plan to embark on shooting schedules in various South Indian cities.

Filming is scheduled to commence in February 2024, with the movie slated for a theatrical release in 2025. This epic collaboration between Dhanush and Nagarjuna is being grandly produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, under the esteemed banner of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, in association with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. ,
