Shazam! Director of Wrath of Gods David F. Sandberg stated that he intends to watch RRR because everyone is raving about it.
The news that Zachary Levi will be reprising his heroic role in Shazam is now causing a huge buzz among DC fans. The Gods’ fury. The film will serve as the follow-up to the 2019 movie Shazam!, and director David F. Sandberg is ardently promoting it. David recently shared his love of Indian movies with the media and explained why he has to watch “more of” SS Rajamouli’s RRR.
The short documentary The Elephant Whisperers and Rajamouli’s RRR both won two Oscars in 2023, leading to a widespread celebration of Indian cinema. The Ram Charan and Jr. NTR movie has received praise from numerous award-winning international filmmakers ever since it was released last year. Now, the Shazam! When asked if he had ever seen Indian movies, Sandberg said he was not really familiar with it but had seen a horror movie previously.The director said, “I’m not super familiar, to be honest. That’s sort of a blind spot of mine that I need to see more in Indian cinema. I’ve seen a little. For example, I saw a horror movie a while ago. I forgot the title of it.”
Sandberg claimed he had seen a little of the Rajamouli-directed movie and was eager to see it in light of RRR’s rising popularity among fans in the US. But everyone has been raving about RRR, and I haven’t actually seen it yet, he remarked. But I have to since it appears wonderful from what I’ve seen. It actually appears pretty cool. I should thus watch more of that.
Returning to Shazam! The movie Fury of the Gods will premiere in theatres on March 17, 2023. In India, moviegoers can watch the film in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam.
