Shatrughan Sinha recently made an appearance on the Arbaaz Khan-hosted discussion show “The Invincibles.”
Shatrughan Sinha, a seasoned Bollywood actor known for roles in movies like “Kaala Patthar,” “Dostana,” and “Yudh,” recently revealed the origin of the scar on his face, which formerly had its own fan base.
The senior actor recently made an appearance on the Arbaaz Khan-hosted chat show “The Invincibles,” when he disclosed that the scar dates back to a childhood incident. I was a very bad kid growing up, he said. My uncle once had his face shaved, I noticed. So, when I was a kid, I followed in his footsteps and shaved my face.
“My uncle’s daughter tried first, sliced her cheek, and started screaming,” he added. Thereafter, I said to her, “Tumko nahi aata hai, main tumhe dikhaata hoon kaise karte hain” (Let me show you how it’s done because you don’t know how). I then proceeded to shave my own cheek.
When I was going to begin my film career, I considered how I would function with a scarred face. I did feel humiliated. Dev Anand then advised me against getting plastic surgery and instructed me to be proud of my face,” he said.
