Bhogi presents Sharwa in a completely new and intense avatar. Moving away from his usual soft roles he takes on a fierce character filled with anger and strength.
Directed by Sampath Nandi this pan-India period action drama is set in the late 1960s.
The first-look poster creates a strong impact. Sharwa appears with a thick mustache, rough beard and fiery eyes reflecting a man shaped by violence and survival.
Sitting with a large rustic weapon amid smoke and sparks, he looks ready for brutal confrontations. The tagline “A Blood Fest” hints at the film’s violent and action-packed tone.
Set near the North Telangana–Maharashtra border and the movie is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi play the female leads.
