Boyapati Srinu has been the newsmaker this year, for all the right and wrong reasons. His film with Allu Arjun as hero, Sarrainodu became a Blockbuster success after his Legend. He had a name that with young actors he did not deliver the promise he showed with senior heroes. But now, he changed that assumption by delivering a grand success to Arjun. He also gained a bad name with himself praising him to the moon and few of his earlier associates indirectly and directly scolding him for the same, publicly. He did not respond and clear the allegations nor did he give the issue more air. After being in the news for these personal statements and reasons for sometime, now there are some interesting tidbits about his upcoming movie.
In the movie, Boyapati Srinu is directing Bellamkonda Srinivas who had two forgettable films in his first and second movies. Even though his debut movie, Alludu Seenu was an event movie with huge hype surrounding it as it was directed by VV Vinayak and Samantha acted as a lead actress. The film became a huge talking point with Deci Sri Prasad music as well. But the end result for the costly movie was not so pleasing. His second movie with Bheemineni Srinivasa Rao did not work at the box office as well.
With this film, Bellamkonda Srinivas wants to prove his skills as an action hero. To assist him, the director is giving as much of the support he can and brought in Sarathkumar the versatile South actor, for father role in the film. The character is said to be a rough one and the chemistry shared by Sarath and Sreenivas will be the major plus point of the film. Rakul Preet Singh will be the leading lady in the movie.
