“Shah Rukh Khan in fact created ‘love’ in Hindi cinema,” remarked Karan Johar.
Cinematographer Karan Johar, who celebrated the 25th anniversary of his directing debut on Monday with the film “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai,” claimed that Shah Rukh Khan is the quintessential “Jawan,” capable of narrating love stories for eternity.
Along with SRK and Rani Mukerji, KJo was present at the special screening of the film. Shah was observed using the Y+ security to get to the event. This has been the situation since the megastar got death threats last week, all anonymous.
Speaking on the achievement, KJo remarked, “Every memory of this movie is unique.” My father once told me that if this movie does well, you would also realise that you have a career. I’m happy that everything went smoothly, and SRK and Aditya Chopra are to thank for that.
SRK commented: “I have always said that Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra, and of course Yash Chopra and Yash Johar because of whom I became a star, I will always be grateful to them. But now I don’t know if I will do a love story or not. Ab Jawan bachcho ko karne do yaar.” Did this break your heart? Because, we all are surely waiting for him to spread his arms and give us all one warm hug with a romantic film before he calls it a day for the films.
“If it wasn’t for Yash Chopra, Yash Johar, these are my friends and then their sons Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra, I would not be half the star that I am today,” added SRK.
In response to SRK’s remarks, Karan stated: “SRK is the quintessential ‘Jawan.'” He could perform love tales indefinitely. In actuality, he invented “love” for Hindi movies.
Dharma Productions is the producer of “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai,” which was written and directed by Karan Johar. Along with Salman making a guest appearance as Aman Mehra, the film stars SRK as Rahul Khanna, Kajol as Anjali Sharma, and Rani as Tina Malhotra in the key roles. Sana Saeed plays an important role as Anjali Khanna in it as well.
There are two love triangles in the plot, separated by years. A widower’s young daughter attempts to bring her father back in contact with his former best friend in the second half of the novel, which centres on friends on a college campus in the first half.
