Yesterday evening news came out that a song titled, Murari Vaa will be attached to the prints of Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh’s last month released film, Sarkaru Vaari Paata. As per the reports, the song which was trimmed during the final edit as the makers then felt that it will only increase the film runtime will now be attached to the prints.
But soon after the news came out, not only the general audience but also Mahesh fans are opening commenting that it is a poor and senseless strategy by the team to attach the song when the film’s box office run almost came to an end. Opened to the mixed word of mouth, SVP collected more than Rs 110 crore worldwide share to date but should collect more than Rs 12 crore to be termed as a hit at the box office.
How far will the attaching of Murari Vaa song to SVP prints show any impact on the box office revenues? Remains to be seen.
